Industry Advancement Program

The Industry Advancement Program (IAP) is the voice for signatory contractors in Southeast Wisconsin. We substantiate and support our industry through:

• Key liaisons with community groups such as BIG STEP, WRTP, MMAC and Milwaukee 7
• Partnerships with 15 joint apprenticeship training coordinators
• Legislative efforts to ensure contractors' interests are represented on trust committees for retirement, health and welfare issues
• Active involvement in a comprehensive job site safety program and other education programs
• Communication of legislative updates as they pertain to the construction industry

Our members are committed to excellence in all activities, and we support these efforts to improve our communities’ infrastructure. With this, we are proud to maintain and promote the advantages that subcontractors bring to the table.
